Providing your litter’s information is critical to keep our breed's records up to date. This form is to help you provide your litter to the NKCSC Breeder and Health & Genetics committees who will review the submitted information for any errors and/or inconsistencies before sending it on to the VHNK (Vereniging Het Nederlandse Kooikerhondje) in the Netherlands for incorporation in the club pedigree database.

This function is available for anyone who wishes to provide their newborn litter information, membership of NKCSC is not required. However, the service is aimed for dog owners in the USA as we are not set up to process out-of-country submissions.

Submitted information is not retained by NKCSC.
